Michelle Nardini

(Miss Michelle)

Has been dancing since the age 7.  As a young person in dance classes; she watched her teacher articulate her foot & thought it was the most beautiful thing she ever saw.  From that point on, she knew that dance would forever hold a strong presence in her life.  Growing up in local dance studios located close to her hometown, she received a versatile dance education as well as the opportunity to perform in nation dance competitions.  Throughout her early dance education she had the privilege to study with Frank Hatchet, Gregory Hines, various Radio City Rockettes, and varies ballet teachers/dancers from NYC Ballet and American Ballet Theatre.  Given the opportunity to choreograph for a gymnastics team, made her realize, she wanted to change her focus from dancer & gymnast to dance/gymnast educator.  Since that time, Miss Michelle has studied dance at varies NYC studios, County College of Morris, SUNNY Buffalo State Collage, National & International dance workshops & conventions.  She owned and operated her own dance studio for 7 years and has recently closed it to focus more on her family.  Her choreography, dancers, and costuming have won many awards at national dance competitions.  She has choreographed events for various New Jersey organizations and has written her own Young Children’s Program for dancers ages 2.5 through 8.  Miss Michelle is a member of Dance Masters of America (DMA) an international dance organization of dance teachers, is certified to teach from DMA’s Teacher Training School, has her National Safety Certification through USA Gymnastics (USAG) and is a delegate for National Dance Week (NDW).  She continues her dance education by attending national & international dance workshops & conventions.  Her overall dance mentor list from childhood through present is approximately 150 of the best dance educators, local, national and international.  She is excellent working with dancers of all ages, teaches each dancer as an individual, thrives on having each dancer reach their personal goals, and loves to choreograph for anyone that wants to dance and just loves to be a part of anything dance related.  Everyday she enthusiastically looks forward to teaching dancers, of all ages, every level and various disciplines.  For her; “dance is the emotional art of music” and every day is another day to seize by dancing!
